À la recherche d’un lieu de mariage unique? Ce mariage à Le Pont Couvert de La Conception a tout pour charmer!
Amateurs de plein air, Catherine et Philippe ont découvert Le Pont Couvert par hasard au retour d’une randonnée. Même s’ils n’étaient pas encore fiancés à ce moment, le coup de coeur a été immédiat. Quelques mois plus tard, lorsque la grande demande a eu lieu, le choix s’est imposé naturellement. Ils savaient exactement où ils souhaitaient célébrer leur union!
Situé à seulement 10 minutes de Mont-Tremblant, Le Pont Couvert est une salle de réception unique surplombant la Rivière-Rouge. Son architecture en bois triangulaire attire le regard dès l’arrivée. De plus, sa grande façade vitrée s’intègre parfaitement au paysage laurentien. C’est sans aucun doute un lieu idéal pour une célébration mémorable.
Les astres n’auraient pas pu mieux s’aligner pour le mariage de Catherine et Philippe. Sensibles aux enjeux environnementaux, ils ont imaginé une célébration à leur image. Ainsi, la journée mettait en valeur la flore locale et de magnifiques trouvailles seconde main.
Après un first look sur le terrain d’un chalet locatif, nous avons pris la route vers La Conception pour la cérémonie. Malgré des prévisions météo incertaines, Dame Nature a heureusement été clémente. En effet, seules quelques gouttes sont tombées avant de laisser place à un ciel dégagé. Cela nous a permis de profiter pleinement du site pour réaliser leurs portraits, que ce soit sur le pont ou en bordure de la rivière. Tout au long de la journée, j’ai aussi immortalisé plusieurs moments sur pellicule avec ma caméra argentique. Ce médium offre une surprise additionnelle aux mariés lorsque la pellicule est développée!
La réception s’est ensuite déroulée sous Le Pont Couvert, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et remplie de joie. Le repas copieux a été ponctué de discours touchants et de jeux amusants. Enfin, la soirée s’est conclue autour d’un grand feu extérieur, sous la pleine lune. Difficile d’imaginer mieux pour un mariage à Le Pont Couvert, surtout pour deux amoureux de la nature!

Outdoor lovers at heart, Catherine and Philippe discovered Le Pont Couvert by chance after a hike. Even though they were not engaged yet, they instantly fell in love with it. A few months later, when the proposal happened, the decision felt obvious. They knew exactly where they wanted to celebrate their union!
Located just 10 minutes from Mont-Tremblant, Le Pont Couvert is a unique reception venue overlooking the Rivière-Rouge. Its triangular wooden architecture immediately catches the eye. In addition, the large glass facade blends beautifully with the Laurentian landscape. It is without a doubt an ideal setting for a memorable celebration.
Everything aligned perfectly for Catherine and Philippe’s Le Pont Couvert wedding. Because they care deeply about the environment, they planned a celebration that truly reflected who they are. As a result, the day highlighted local florals and beautiful second-hand finds.
After a first look on the grounds of their rental chalet, we made our way to La Conception for the ceremony. Despite uncertain weather forecasts, Mother Nature was kind with us. In fact, only a few drops fell before the sky cleared. This allowed us to fully enjoy the location for portraits, both on the bridge and along the river. Throughout the day, I also captured several moments on film with my analog camera. This medium adds an extra surprise for couples once the film is developed!
The reception then took place under Le Pont Couvert, in a warm and joyful atmosphere. The generous meal was punctuated with heartfelt speeches and fun games. Finally, the evening ended around a large outdoor fire under the full moon. It is hard to imagine anything better for a Le Pont Couvert wedding, especially for two nature lovers!
